This booklet took almost 4 years to produce and the input provided to me from numerous individuals I once worked with from U.S. Army, Shell Oil Company, contractors, and USFWS personnel provided important facts about the historical sites, in addition to the knowledge I gained from my own experiences from working on the habitat restoration program at the Refuge for 14 years.
